We are now expanding our on-ground presence and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who can represent across key cities and build strong relationships within the event ecosystem.
Role Overview As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for on-ground business development, client acquisition, and partnership growth. You will meet event vendors, organizers, and service providers to explain 's platform, onboard partners, and ensure strong client engagement.
You will be the face of the company in your region — driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, vendors, and event professionals.
Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations to explain 's offerings.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Generate leads from local markets, exhibitions, and networking events.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect and share market feedback to improve our services and strategies.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and operations teams for client on boarding and support.
Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Maintain reports on visits, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
Basic understanding of event industry dynamics or prior experience in B2B / field sales.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language (as applicable).
Preferred Experience
1–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or vendor acquisition (IT, Events, or SaaS industry preferred).
Experience dealing with event organizers, venues, decorators, caterers, or production houses will be an added advantage.
