About the Role:
Dhruvam Trading is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a dynamic role for a "go-getter" who is ready to build a career in sales. You will be responsible for driving our business forward by finding new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. This position involves a mix of fieldwork and office-based tasks, offering you a complete view of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively visit markets and potential clients to generate new, qualified leads.
- Manage both fieldwork (client visits) and office-based tasks (database management, follow-ups).
- Conduct persistent follow-ups with leads via phone calls, in-person visits, and emails.
- Present our products/services to potential clients with confidence.
- Work diligently to close deals and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Education:
BBA, MBA, B.Com, or M.Com. - Experience:
1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (sales, business development, or even a builder lobby/front office) is highly preferred. - Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet usage.
- A confident and professional demeanor when talking to clients.
- Must be willing to travel locally
for daily field visits.
