Assistant Manager - Business Development

Experience: 6-10 years

Location: Hyderabad

Role Specification:

1. Formulating strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

2. Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

3. Responsible for sales and business development. Overall sales responsibility of the region

4. Identifying potential clients and markets, developing relationships with key stakeholders, actively pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships through networking.

5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

6. Participate in pre-bid meetings and corporate/client presentation meetings as required and participate in Pre-sales activities.

7. Ensure historical data is documented and archived on each quoted project.

8. Preparation & submission of pre-qualification documents.

9. Assisting the tendering team in preparing estimations & submission of tenders.

10. Vendor negotiations & finalisations.

11. Preparation of budget estimates for MEP tenders.
