 Manage and oversee all aspects of Direct Tax compliance, advisory, and litigation for corporate and individual clients.  Represent clients before tax authorities, handle assessments, appeals, and other legal proceedings efficiently.  Review and finalize tax computations, returns, and related documentation in accordance with applicable laws.  Provide strategic tax advisory on corporate restructuring, transactions, and other business decisions.  Draft and review submissions, appeals, and legal documents for tax litigation matters.  Stay updated on amendments in income tax laws, judicial rulings, and CBDT notifications to ensure accurate guidance.  Lead and mentor junior team members, including article trainees, to ensure timely delivery and quality work. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify risk areas and suggest effective tax planning solutions.  Assist management in building client relationships and exploring business development opportunities in the Direct Tax domain. Required Skills & Competencies  Strong technical knowledge in Direct Tax laws, compliance, and litigation.  Proven experience in drafting replies, appeals, and handling tax assessments.  Excellent understanding of Indian Income Tax Act, judicial precedents, and regulatory frameworks.  Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.  Leadership qualities with a focus on men
