IT Support Engineer – NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff
  • Provide support for email, internet, and internal systems
  • Manage user accounts and access rights
  • Ensure data backups and basic cybersecurity practices
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs or services
  • Monitor network performance and report issues
  • Assist in setting up video conferencing and online meetings

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and MS Office
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, and system security
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in IT / Computer Sciencnce.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
