  • Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets for electrical projects.
  • Create electrical plans, specifications, and technical drawings using CAD software.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and other engineers to define project requirements.
  • Review and approve technical submissions and engineering plans from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Procure materials and equipment, manage purchase orders, and track project costs to ensure budget adherence.
  • Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and other technical documentation.

Technical execution and oversight

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and contractors throughout the installation and construction phases.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring they meet design specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and site inspections to ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Perform complex electrical calculations and simulations to validate system designs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the project and implement effective solutions.

Coordination and communication

  • Serve as a key liaison between the client, project managers, and on-site teams.
  • Communicate project updates and potential issues to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Required skills and qualificationsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Professional experience

  • Proven experience in electrical project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Relevant experience often ranges from 3 to 5+ years, depending on the role's seniority.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
