IT Technical Support Engineer

Job Location : Thrissur, Experience : 1+ Years, Salary: INR 10,000-15,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and Supporting the Entire IT Infrastructure.
- Managing and Monitoring Web Hosting Panel like C Panel, Plesk Panel, etc.
- Expertise in presentation and the delivery of information to Customers and to other team members.
- Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.
- Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.
- Recommend web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations.
- Provide training or technical assistance in web site implementation or use.
- Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine web sites' effectiveness or usability.
- Evaluate or recommend System Hardware, Software, etc.
- Identify or document backup or recovery plans.
- Gather, analyze, or document user feedback to locate or resolve sources of problems.
- Determine sources of web page or server problems, and take action to correct such problems.
- Monitor systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks, and report security breaches to appropriate personnel.
- Administer internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as web, file transfer protocol (FTP), news and mail servers.

Qualifications:

- At least 1+ years of Technical Support experience in web development firm or any other.
- Have a proven track record as a Technical Support handing a high pressure environment.
- Have solid technical understanding of the web technologies.

Pay: ₹9,601.47 - ₹39,125.41 per month
