Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our construction and building projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate or construction sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and property consultants.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and project trends.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the project and marketing teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and periodic reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales/business development in the construction, builders, or real estate sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with excellent follow-up and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
