Role overview and Key responsibilities:
As we scale toward ₹100 CR ARR and global expansion, we are seeking an Inbound Marketing Manager to build and grow PadCare's organic demand engine.
- Content Marketing & Storytelling: Create and distribute compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos) to showcase PadCare's ESG impact and innovation.
- SEO & Website Management: Own SEO strategy, optimize PadCare's website, and drive organic traffic growth.
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with ecosystem partners, NGOs, sustainability platforms, and industry forums to amplify reach.
- Lead Nurturing: Design inbound workflows with email marketing and CRM tools to convert traffic into high-quality MQLs.
- Thought Leadership & PR Support: Position PadCare as a category-defining brand through impact storytelling and media visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track content engagement, SEO rankings, inbound lead quality, and overall funnel performance.
What we're looking for:
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing & Team Management, with a focus on inbound demand generation and content-led growth.
- Prior exposure to sustainability, cleantech, or high-growth startups preferred.
- Hands-on experience with website management, SEO tools, and CRM automation is essential.
- Inbound Marketing Expertise: Proven skills in SEO, content marketing, and inbound demand generation.
- Content Strategy: Strong ability to craft narratives around ESG, impact, and circular economy.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM.
- Collaboration: Ability to partner with Sales, Ops, CSR, and external agencies for amplification.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to improving conversion rates and content ROI.
