Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead-Inbound/Outbound, based in Pune. The Team Lead will oversee and guide inbound and outbound operations, including customer communications via multiple channels. Primary responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, coordination, and performance evaluation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Proficiency in inbound and outbound sales, customer service techniques, and operational efficiency
- Analytical skills for monitoring metrics, identifying trends, and generating insights
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience in consulting, strategy development, or global markets is a plus
