Ability to document processes, procedures, and configurations effectively to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Skill in conducting post-incident reviews and implementing improvements based on lessons learned Full-stack observability, monitoring and event management integrations to monitor and advance the reliability and quality of services Understanding of Linux or Windows Operating system administration fundamentals, including file systems, processes, networking, and basic scripting. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and load balancers. Secondary Skills :- Understanding of observability platforms for logging, APM, Metrics and tracing. Understanding of SLOs, SLIs and Error Budgets. Understanding of CI/CD process and tools
