Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Lead (Trainee Program) located in Pune. The Client Acquisition Lead will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized wealth management solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, managing client relationships, and working closely with the investment team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves generating new business through networking and market research.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
