Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MIS reporting, accounting up to finalization, internal and external audits, and fixed assets auditing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review, accounts finalization, GL scrutiny, Cash flow statement.
  • Preparing monthly MIS on Debtors, Creditors, Investments, Loan and Expenses.
  • Independently Handling of statutory audit including preparation of financials with various schedules as per IND AS, Tax audit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, income tax return
  • Conduct and support internal audits to ensure effective internal controls and compliance.
  • Co-ordination with ERP team for improvements in finance working.
  • Manage and verify fixed assets, inventory verification, including maintenance of asset registers and audit documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and accounting principles.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting and audit experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and financial reporting& MIS.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Location: Chinchwad Pune

Salary: Depends on Current CTC
