Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Pune. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations such as maintaining financial records, preparing budgets, processing invoices, managing payroll, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional tasks may include generating financial reports and supporting audits, as needed, to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Ledger Management
  • Experience with Budget Planning, Financial Reporting, and Cash Flow Management
  • Strong skills in Tax Preparation, Compliance, and Audit Support
  • Proficient in Accounting Software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA or CA) are an advantage
