Job Title: Accounts Professional (Junior to Mid-Level)

Location: Pune (Shivaji Nagar)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Accounts Professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience to strengthen our finance team. The role is open for both junior and mid-level positions. Candidates with exposure to CA Group 1 or Group 2 (appeared but not qualified) will be preferred for mid-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, journal posting, and reconciliations.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly MIS reports.
  • Support internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and ensure timely closing of books.
  • Provide financial data analysis to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Good knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Candidates who have appeared for CA Group 1 or Group 2 exams (preferred for mid-level roles).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work in a team environment.
