Area Manager - B2B Dealer Banker
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities- Engage with channel partners to build and strengthen relationships.
- Build distribution for Sales business.
- Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for ASMs/SMs/PSF, monitoring performance against set parameters, and conducting weekly reviews with the ASMs and monthly reviews with the sales teams.
- Achieve and exceed business goals.
- Create a strong and compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
- Ensure the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
- Ensure that goals, PMS discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings are conducted on time and effectively.
- Effectively engage Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
- Manage collections of the acquired portfolio for the region.
- Travel to meet all dealers and assist SMs to source business for the entire region.
Required Qualifications and Experience- Graduation with 8 to 10 years or MBA with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments.
- Prior and relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter attitude.
