Business Analyst for India Night Shift

We are looking for candidates who can commence work immediately and will be given priority. Pay range and compensation package - ( Between 12 Lakhs to 16 Lakhs) (Non - Negotiable)Working Shift: US Shift (India Night Shift)ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps and workflows to understand and improve business processes.

Solution Design: Work with the development team to design software solutions that meet business needs. Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases. Testing: Assist in the development of test plans and participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Project Management: Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and understanding. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Skills and Qualifications:Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Tools Proficiency: Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio). Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in documentation and analysis. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
