Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Night Shift Service Monitoring Executive. This role involves monitoring services overnight, responding to alerts, reporting updates on an hourly basis, and communicating with the relevant teams as required. The position is remote and requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor assigned services during night hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST).

  2. Respond promptly to alerts and ensure necessary action is taken.

  3. Make phone calls to inform respective teams in case of critical updates or issues.

  4. Send timely and accurate hourly reports via email/text to the designated teams.

  5. Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

  6. Ensure all updates and escalations are documented properly.

  7. Uphold honesty and accountability while working independently.

Requirements

Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST).

Strong written and verbal communication skills (emails, text messages, calls).

Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout the shift.

Work-from-home setup with a reliable smartphone and stable internet connection.

Self-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong sense of duty.

Preferred: Basic understanding of finance, stocks, or equity markets.

Location: Open (Remote – Work from Home).
