About the Role

We are hiring energetic, target-driven Travel Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. You will engage with qualified leads, consult customers on domestic & international travel packages, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

We are looking for:

  • 5 English-speaking agents

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.)
  • Consult customers on flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete travel packages
  • Customize itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and special requirements
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets
  • Provide post-sales support (cancellations, modifications, rebookings, special requests)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
  • Stay updated with industry trends, offers, promotions, and destinations

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Travel Sales / Customer Support (experience handling Meta/PPC leads preferred)
  • Language Skills:
  • 5 Agents: Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset, ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for travel and a customer-first approach
