Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX designing. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, with the ability to translate business requirements into engaging and intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Create design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of UI design principles.
  • Experience in AR/VR or emerging technologies.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX design projects (mandatory).
