**Job Description: UI/UX Designer (3+ years experience) - Qodequay Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Pune**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process and optimize user interactions.
- Implement best practices and design standards while staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to improving the overall user experience of our digital products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc., and prototyping tools like InVision or Principle.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
