**Technical Skills**:

- **UI/UX Design Tools**: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Figma, Axure, Invision
- **Frontend Basics**: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap (Preferred but not mandatory)
- **User Research & Usability Testing**:

- **Design Systems & Style Guides**:

- **Responsive & Interactive Design**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. UI/UX Design**:

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to enhance the user experience.
- Create interactive UI components to engage users and deliver intuitive interactions.

**2. User Research & Testing**:

- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Analyze user feedback and iteratively refine designs to enhance usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including developers and product teams, to understand user needs and pain points.

**3. Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal teams clearly and effectively.
- Maintain design consistency across the platform, ensuring a cohesive and polished visual experience.

**4. Design Systems & Tools**:

- Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure that designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different screen sizes and platforms.
- Collaborate on maintaining consistency and quality across design deliverables.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
