**Role Overview**:
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and meet business goals.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the needs and design objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Translate business requirements into functional and appealing user interfaces
- Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines and align with the user experience vision.
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating accordingly.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving user needs
- Work with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs.
- Contribute to and help maintain a robust design system and documentation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand business goals and user behavior to create user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability tests to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate complex requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build and iterate design prototypes for stakeholder review and user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with technical feasibility and business strategy.
- Maintain consistency across designs while customizing experiences for different user groups or platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
- Take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX processes for assigned projects.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and impactful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Openness to feedback and a continuous learning mindset.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of WordPress and CMS-based design workflows.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
