**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Ensure consistency in UI design across platforms and maintain usability standards
- Iterate based on user feedback and product requirements

**Required Skills**:

- 2-5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web & mobile projects
- Proficiency in design tools**:Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD**, or similar
- Solid grasp of **user-centered design principles**:

- Experience with **wireframing & prototyping tools**:

- Understanding of **responsive & cross-platform design**:

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Motion/Interaction design skills
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS** for better handoff
- Experience working in **Agile teams**
