Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
- Design user interface elements and components

- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Maintain design consistency across platforms and devices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and standards
- Create and maintain design documentation
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Assist in the creation of design systems and pattern libraries

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Proven experience in UI/UX design or related roles
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices
- Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality designs
- Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and technologies
- Passion for creating intuitive and compelling user experiences
