**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
- Design and optimize **forms, validations, business rules, and workflows** in Mendix.
- Work with Mendix developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff.
- Customize and maintain designs using **Mendix Atlas UI framework**.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Create design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, Mendix capabilities, and tools

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in UX design.
- Strong experience in **Mendix low-code platform UX/UI**.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience in designing **forms, workflows, microflows, and page layouts** within Mendix.
- Knowledge of Mendix **Atlas UI** and ability to customize it.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of UI design principles.
- Experience with AR/VR or emerging technologies.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design projects (Mendix projects preferred).
