**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs.
- Translate requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and insights.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and design thinking methodology.
- Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Ability to create design documentation, style guides, and user flows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience designing for AR/VR/MR platforms.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design practices.
