Founder's Office – Sales & Business DevelopmentAbout the Role:
You'll work directly with the founder to drive
high-value B2B sales
,
strategic partnerships
, and
corporate campaigns
across our brands — Shelf Merch & Teesgraphy.
This is not a regular sales job; it's a
hybrid execution + strategy role
where you'll shadow the founder in meetings, lead client communication, and help scale revenue through structured outbound and inbound sales efforts.
You'll be the bridge between vision and execution turning ideas into decks, leads into deals, and meetings into partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Execution:
Research and reach out to potential clients (corporates, agencies, event organizers) via cold calls, cold mails, and LinkedIn outreach. - Founder Support:
Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and follow-ups for founder-led pitches and meetings. - Lead Management:
Maintain CRM or Airtable pipelines, track deal stages, and ensure no lead slips through. - Client Coordination:
Schedule and join sales calls, document discussions, and follow up with clients for requirements and quotations. - Partnership Development:
Identify strategic opportunities (CSR tie-ups, promotional collaborations, franchises) and initiate first conversations. - Market Research:
Map potential sectors (real estate, hospitals, FMCG, cement, education, etc.) using tote bags or corporate gifting. - Revenue Growth:
Support in negotiation, deal closures, and maintaining monthly revenue targets. - Operations Sync:
Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth handover after sales.
Ideal Profile:
- 1–4 years of experience in
B2B sales, marketing, partnerships, or founder's office roles
. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation tools, and presentation decks.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Startup-level energy ready to work directly with the founder and adapt fast.
KPIs
- Weekly qualified leads added to the founder's pipeline
- Number of founder-assisted deals closed per quarter
- Conversion ratio from cold outreach to meeting to closure
- Strategic partnerships initiated or converted
