Role Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Founder is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for our client. The role involves managing executive administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling communications. Additionally, responsibilities include organizing expense reports, providing executive-level support, and ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities for the Chairman and Founder. This is a dynamic role requiring high professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and managing executive-level tasks.
- Expertise in preparing and managing Expense Reports and handling associated documentation effectively.
- Strong Executive Support skills, including managing schedules, meetings, and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle internal and external correspondence.
- Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with office management tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
