About Vinayak

Vinayak Sweets is an emerging sweets and snacks brand known for quality, innovation, and a strong presence in corporate and institutional segments. With a vision to transform Vinayak into a nationally recognised FMCG brand, we are entering a high-growth expansion phase.

We are now seeking a strategic co-founder who can accelerate this journey with expertise, leadership, and strong market insight.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for a senior FMCG professional who brings:

FMCG Brand Expansion Expertise

Experience taking brands into new markets, building distributor networks, and shaping GT and MT presence.

Strong Corporate Connects

Relationships with procurement teams, corporate offices, hospitality buyers, and institutional clients, enabling consistent bulk order flow.

Deep Market Knowledge

Understanding of pricing, margins, trade behaviour, consumer patterns, and category demand.

Operational Capability

Comfortable coordinating with production, overseeing dispatches, maintaining quality, and optimising processes.

Capital Participation (Preferred)

Ability to invest or bring financial support for scale-up is a strong advantage.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Vinayak's FMCG expansion across new regions
  • Build and develop distributor, retail, and corporate networks
  • Drive corporate sales and enterprise-level partnerships
  • Support product strategy, category development, and packaging innovation
  • Align with production teams on planning, quality, and dispatch
  • Build and mentor sales teams aligned with expansion goals
  • Co-create brand strategy and long-term scaling roadmap
  • Work directly with the Founder as a key decision-maker
