We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and organised Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founder of SoEngage.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, operations, and communication. You will act as an extension of the founder — coordinating with teams, driving execution, preparing documents, and ensuring priorities are completed on time.

This is not a personal assistant role.

This is a strategic operator role inside the Founder's Office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Founder Support & Execution


• Represent the founder in internal discussions and stand-up meetings.


• Take minor operational decisions on behalf of the founder.


• Plan and organise the founder's weekly priorities.


• Maintain action lists and ensure timely follow-ups with all teams.

  1. Cross-Team Coordination


• Run or attend daily standups with tech, sales, and operations teams.


• Track key tasks, maintain progress sheets, and ensure updates flow smoothly.


• Convert founder instructions into structured tasks for each team.

  1. Communication & Documentation


• Draft internal announcements, emails, and structured documents.


• Prepare pitch decks, reports, MoMs, and investor communications.


• Summarise founder discussions into clear action points.

  1. Product & Operations Support


• Test new product features and share structured feedback with tech.


• Help streamline operations around onboarding, customer support, and sales.


• Assist in hiring coordination and team training follow-ups.

  1. Decision Preparation


• Gather information, compare options, and prepare decision briefs.


• Act as a "first filter" by understanding what the founder prefers.
