Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Company Overview:

Mythri Builders is a reputed name in the real estate industry, known for delivering quality projects with trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our sales team and looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.

  • Meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable options.

  • Conduct project presentations, customer meetings, and property site visits.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert leads into closures.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of real estate market and sales process.

  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals.

  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce (preferred).

  • 1–4 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).

  • Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered.
