Job Summary:

The Accounts & Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between vendors, warehouses, and internal departments while maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:

  • Record and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
  • Maintain ledgers, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end closing procedures.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients/customers.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.

Logistics Duties:

  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
  • Track shipments and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and clearing agents for import/export shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience 0 to 1 year.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
