Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Executive to manage day-to-day IT and technical operations, including software handling, system support, data management, and digital coordination. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of relevant experience and a proactive approach to solving technical issues that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Update content (text, images, videos) on service pages.
  • Add and manage promotional banners, pop-ups, and offers.
  • Ensure lead forms and CRM integrations are working properly.

App Updates

  • Update offers and discounts in the mobile app.
  • Manage push notifications for promotions and campaigns.
  • Make UI/UX related content updates as required.

Technical Support

  • Fix minor technical issues (website or app).
  • Coordinate with developers for major technical changes.
  • Monitor website/app speed, uptime, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in website/app management or technical support.
  • Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom CMS.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage.
  • Understanding of Android/iOS app CMS or developer tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
