Development Executive (female preferred). The role focuses on lead generation, client
engagement, and business growth support.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with prospects.
- Work with the senior team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in business development / lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good research and networking ability.
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Female candidates will be given preference.
