Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
o Act as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT support staff.
System and Network Administration:
o Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
o Configure and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
o Implement and maintain IT security measures, including endpoint protection and access control.
Cloud Platform Management:
o Administer and optimize cloud environments such as AWS.
o Ensure smooth integration of cloud services with on-premises infrastructure.
o Manage cloud-based backup and disaster recovery solutions.
IT Projects:
o Lead and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement new technologies.
Incident Management:
o Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
o Document and analyze recurring issues to develop long-term solutions.
IT Asset Management:
o Maintain and update IT hardware and software inventory.
o Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance IT operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux.
o Strong knowledge of networking protocols and tools (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
o Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS.
o Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
o Experience with IT security frameworks and best practices.
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Leadership and project management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
