Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Developer / Application Engineer located in Nagpur. The Lead Developer / Application Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, leading a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging applications, and contributing to system architecture decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in software development, including programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
  • Experience with application development frameworks and tools
  • Understanding of software architecture and system design
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing a team of developers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
