Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive field sales outreach to promote FS Academy's programs to colleges, training centers, and career institutions.
  2. Identify, engage, and onboard new institutional partners and students.
  3. Conduct presentations, demos, and seminars to promote FS Academy.
  4. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring repeat engagement and referrals.
  5. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales campaigns with brand goals.
  6. Stay updated with EdTech market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  1. 4+ years of field sales experience in the EdTech or education services industry (mandatory).
  2. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in B2B or B2C environments.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  4. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and outreach programs.
