Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Sales Manager at Jolly Motors. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales strategies, managing a sales team, developing client relationships, and analyzing market trends. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, overseeing daily sales operations, mentoring team members, and liaising with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in team management, leadership, and employee training.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of the automotive sector or experience in a related field is highly beneficial.
