About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Patient Counselor to guide and support individuals managing diabetes. You will educate patients, provide emotional encouragement, and coordinate with doctors and dietitians to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on diabetes management, nutrition, and lifestyle changes
  • Offer empathetic counseling and motivation to improve adherence
  • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and care plans
  • Maintain accurate counseling records and reports
  • Support awareness programs and patient workshops

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Nutrition, Nursing, or related field
  • Experience in patient counseling/healthcare preferred
  • Strong communication, empathy, and motivational skills
  • Basic knowledge of diabetes care is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,000.00 per month
