The Customer Relationship Executive (Telecalling) will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to customers, building positive relationships, addressing queries, promoting products/services, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and helping achieve sales & retention targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer‐first mindset, ability to persuade and negotiate, and the ability to work in a target‐driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers for product/service promotion, follow‐ups, lead generation, or renewals.
  • Handle inbound customer calls; respond to customer inquiries, solve problems, provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a database / CRM with accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, outcomes, and follow‐ups.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly metrics and targets (calls made, leads generated, conversion rate, customer satisfaction, etc.).
  • Upsell / cross‐sell products or services wherever possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints / issues in a professional, courteous manner and escalate to senior staff or other departments when needed.
  • Follow scripts, guidelines, policies, and regulatory compliance for telecalling and customer interactions.
  • Keep updated knowledge of product offerings, promotions, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations or other teams to improve customer experience and conversion.
  • Prepare and submit reports on call volumes, outcomes, issues, and feedback to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
