Job Title: Admin Executive / Administration Officer
Department: Administration
Reports To: Admin Manager / HR & Admin Head
Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The role involves managing petty cash, maintaining office assets and supplies, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing housekeeping and facility maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations including petty cash handling and maintaining records of expenses.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of company assets and adherence to facility maintenance schedules.
- Supervise housekeeping services to maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for courier services, stationery supplies, maintenance work, and other administrative requirements.
- Support in logistics arrangements for meetings, events, and office requirements.
- Maintain documentation and filing related to administrative operations.
- Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration or related field).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
