We work with multiple consumer brands across categories in the digital space, both in India & internationally. Role & responsibility

  • Be a thought partner with our brands on campaign planning, goal-setting, and data-driven performance reviews
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels for our brands
  • Own the retention & Conversion Rate Optimization strategies for our brand partners
  • Manage media budgets of varying scales — from lean test spends to high-volume campaigns - with efficiency and ROI focus
  • Identify & build on organic growth opportunities, within and outside of the digital world
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools to drive continuous performance improvement

Education, experience & aptitude

  • 2+ years in a performance marketing or growth marketing role or similar for D2C/eCommerce brands
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically & problem solve independently. Creativity in problem solving is a plus
  • Super super exceptional communication skills – both verbal and visual
  • A general openness to learning new skills and trying things outside your comfort zone

What you should be prepared for

Pivots:

As we are still early in our journey, expect for things to evolve. This could be your role, the business model, or the specific brands themselves. As long as we keep communication open and flowing in both directions, we don't see this to be a problem

Genuine effort:

We're not people that do things halfway, and a lack of sincerity is a pet peeve. If you're in, be all in and do your best at any task you take up. It's cool if you don't know how to do something but give it a go and the rest, we'll figure out together.

Multi-hatting:

You'll be expected to don different hats depending on the day and task at hand. Do not expect to have a unidimensional POV on everything you do here. The plus side? Well-rounded learning, at a pretty fast pace We're a small team so if you're interested in doing more things and doing them differently, we're interested in having you do them too.

We want to keep things transparent; the pay range for this job is
up to 7 LPA
