About the Internship:

As a Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our marketing team and gain hands-on experience across the entire marketing funnel. This internship is ideal for someone eager to understand how real-world marketing works from strategy to execution.

What You Will Learn:

Understanding the Marketing Funnel:

  • Learn the full customer journey: Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and Retention.
  • Track lead generation and understand basic funnel metrics.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Learn about content calendars, engagement strategies and analytics tools.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

  • Get involved in writing social media captions, email content, WhatsApp messages and ad copies.
  • Learn the basics of persuasive copy and audience targeting.

Graphic Design & Video Editing (Basic):

  • Use tools like Canva and CapCut (or similar) to create visual content.
  • Understand visual branding, storytelling and content formatting.

WhatsApp Marketing:

  • Understand the power of direct marketing via WhatsApp.
  • Learn how to craft effective messages and follow-up sequences.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Participate in brainstorming, planning and executing full-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Learn how to take a campaign from idea to launch and analyze performance data.

Behind the Scenes of a Coaching Business:

  • See how a modern coaching brand is built and marketed.
  • Work closely with a team that lives and breathes transformation and impact.

You Are:

  • Passionate about marketing and digital content.
  • Eager to learn, contribute, and take initiative.
  • Comfortable using (or learning to use) basic digital tools like Canva, Google Docs, and Meta Business Suite.
  • A good communicator with a keen eye for detail.
