Advertising Internship – Job Role

Position: Advertising & Marketing Intern

Department: BTL / Brand Activation / Advertising

Location: kurla west (Kohinoor city mall)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Advertising Intern to support our team in executing BTL activities, brand promotions, and advertising campaigns. The intern will assist in planning, coordination, client communication, and on-ground activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing BTL marketing campaigns, corporate activations, mall activities, RWAs, and sampling drives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, promoters, and internal teams for campaign setup and execution.
  • Support the team in developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, and advertising content.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain campaign reports, daily activity logs, and performance metrics.
  • Handle basic client communication, follow-ups, and meeting notes.
  • Assist in sourcing event materials, promotional assets, and branding elements.
  • Support digital promotions and social media content if required.
  • Ensure smooth on-ground execution and support team members in operational tasks.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong interest in advertising, BTL marketing & brand activations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to explore ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle fieldwork when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
