Designation: - Assistant Manager Advertising & Media Planning

Purpose of this Position: -

Ensuring to achieve business objective by preparing marketing strategies and promote the brands by brand marketing

Key Elements of the Role:-

  • Developing strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business results
  • Planning of advertising calendar with Marketing Head and ensuring of completion from time to time.
  • Proper planning, managing and execution of ATL and BTL activities for all the stores across India.
  • Strategizing and planning marketing for upcoming stores.
  • Timely co-ordination with Creative agency on all advertising, brand marketing materials and seasonal campaigns for all brands.
  • Planning & executing creatives and advertising plan for EOSS.
  • Planning & execution of promotional offers along with the marketing head.
  • Ensuring timely execution of branding at retail stores while coordinating with various vendors pan India for all brands.
  • Acting as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions
  • Evaluating college events and other event sponsorship and get the best deal in favor of brand.
  • Managing execution at Trade events while coordinating with various department heads & vendors.
  • Co-ordination with Digital agency on Social media content creation & marketing calendar for all brands.
  • Managing brand ambassador communications and content.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Should have good knowledge on various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention and planning campaign across the program.
  • Initiating digital marketing techniques like social network, viral marketing to boost the sale from time to time
  • Should be excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Should thrive in matrix environments and should adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
