Sales Development Representative

Were looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build and grow our sales pipeline. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with assigned leads and generating new opportunities through outreach campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Qualify assigned leads from multiple channels (marketing campaigns, events, website, etc.) within defined SLAs.
- Personalize outreach based on lead source and persona using email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms to generate fresh leads.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and provide them with contextual insights.
- Share relevant lead intel (prospect needs, pain points, engagement history) to enable smooth sales conversations.
- Nurture prospects to maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve growth targets.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or lead/demand generation
- B2B SaaS background is a must
- HCM/HRMS experience is preferred
- Strong skills in cold calling, meeting booking, and lead qualification.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
