Candidate Mindset

Therefore, the candidate must be willing to shoulder responsibilities, show initiative and must respect timelines. The candidate will be responsible for various things such as-

Responsibilities

  1. Book Shipments
  2. Track Shipments & Returns
  3. Coordinating Deliveries with Shipping Partners & Customers
  4. Answer customer queries
  5. Assist in packaging and dispatch
  6. Print and Handover new orders to production team
  7. Track manufacturing lifecycle for every order to ensure timely production
  8. Make Sales Orders
  9. Dispatch Invoices to vendors

Data Entry Responsibilities

  1. Record Attendance
  2. Record Employee Production
  3. Record Workshop Production
  4. Record Oursourced work - printing and dying
  5. Record Expenses

Inventory & Platform Management Responsibilities

  1. Manage Inventory on Shopify

Vendor Relations Management

  1. Track and Follow-up on pending payments

Qualifications

  • Proficient with English
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with an apparel business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Shopify, Zoho Books, & Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
