Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive, based in Ghaziabad. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing operational processes, analyzing data to improve effectiveness, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. They will also coordinate with various teams, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency.
