We are recruiting Commerce Graduates for our ongoing projects (Immediate Joiners are highly preferred). The candidate should have exposure to the F&A Process. Preferably in General Ledger, US Real Estate Property Accounting


Designation: Senior Analyst

Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)

Experience: 2 - 3 Years in BPO (F&A Process)

Academics: B.Com / B.C.S (Corp) / BBA (Accounting) / M.Com / MBA (Accounting) / ICWA (Inter) / CA (Inter)

Job Description:

The candidate will work on F&A projects and record all daily receivables, payables, and monthly transactions as part of the accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Experience in Client ERP's Setup / Maintenance

Bank Reconciliation

Analyzing the financial data and entering the monthly Accrual, Amortization, Depreciation, Prepaid, Reclass, and other Transaction entries

Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling all the Balance Sheet accounts

Good in GL report Analysis

Good in AR and AP Aging analysis to clear the open items

Good at preparing cash flow reports

10.    Month-end close reporting workbook preparation and reviewing

11.    Good at Variance analysis and commenting

12.    Budget preparation and good analytical skills

Skills Required:

·     Strong in the Accounting Concepts and Reporting

·     Strong analytical and Problem-solving

·     Good Verbal & Written Communication

·     Experience in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

·     Energy, Self-motivation, and a Positive Approach

·     Customer-focused attitude

·     Ready to work in night shifts

·     Yardi and MRI working experience
